1. Return & Exchange Policy
Standard Period: 14 days from the date of delivery.
* Eligibility: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
* Hygiene Exception: For health and safety reasons, Baby Care Requisites (e.g., bottles, pacifiers, toiletries) cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the packaging is opened.
* Textiles & Wear: Baby clothing must be free of scents, stains, or signs of wear to qualify for an exchange.
* Refund Process: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
2. Warranty Policy
We stand by the quality of our products.
* Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects in Games & Toys and specific baby gear. It does not cover “wear and tear” from normal use, accidental damage, or misuse.
* Duration: Most electronic toys and gear carry a 6-month limited warranty. Textiles and clothing do not carry a long-term warranty but are guaranteed against initial manufacturing flaws.
* Claim Process: To start a claim, email oromoney9@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
3. Delivery Policy
* Service Areas: We deliver across all Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and beyond.
* Delivery Timeline: * Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days.
    * Other Emirates: 2–3 business days.
* Shipping Charges: A flat rate applies to orders below a certain threshold (e.g., AED 200). Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding this amount.
* Inspection: Customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon arrival at Adel Mohamed Building, Al Quoz or their specified delivery address.
4. Website Policy (Terms of Service)
* Product Accuracy: We strive for 100% accuracy in our descriptions and colors. However, slight variations in textile shades may occur due to screen settings.
* Privacy: Your data (email: oromoney9@gmail.com, address, etc.) is used solely for order fulfillment and internal marketing. We do not sell your information to third parties.
* Pricing: All prices are in AED. Noor Al Saraya Trading LLC reserves the right to update pricing or cancel orders in the event of a technical error.
* Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Dubai Economic Department.

5. Payment & Transaction Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • Accepted Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to a maximum of AED 2,000. Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon delivery to avoid delays.

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED). If you are using a foreign card, your bank may apply additional conversion fees.

  • Payment Security: Your security is our priority. All online payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

  • Order Confirmation: An order is only considered “Accepted” once you receive a confirmation email. Noor Al Saraya reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or payment authorization issues.

6. Terms of Sale & Order Management

  • Product Availability: While we strive to keep our inventory updated, some items may sell out quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or a comparable alternative.

  • Order Modifications: Once an order is “Dispatched,” we cannot make changes to the items or delivery address. Please contact us at oromoney9@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order for any urgent changes.

  • Age Restriction: By purchasing from Noor Al Saraya, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are browsing under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian.

  • Promotions: Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. Noor Al Saraya reserves the right to end promotions at any time.
